  • Marek Budzisz

    Expert on Russia and post-Soviet areas. Graduated from the history department of the University of Warsaw, by day he works as a financial director in a private investment fund. In his youth, one of the participants in the opposition Young Poland Movement. He worked as a journalist at Puls TV, Radio Plus and the daily Życie. Advisor to the Minister of the Head of the Prime Minister's Office and Minister of Finance in the government of Jerzy Buzek. He regularly publishes his analyses on post-Soviet areas on Salon 24, on his blog Wieści z Rosji, and in TVP Weekly, Nowa Konfederacja, Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, Rzeczy Wspólne, WGospodarka, and Gazeta Bankowa.

  • Tomasz Kułakowski

    Account director at PR Hub agency, handles clients from the food, FMCG, real estate development and renewable energy industries. She specializes in strategic consulting for companies, public speaking, coordinates public affairs projects, and conducts training. Previously, he was a spokesperson for beverage manufacturer Krynica Vitamin since December 2020. He was responsible for internal communication, as well as external communication with the Company's stakeholders. Previously, in 2020, he was a reporter for the program "Czarno na Białym" on TVN24. From 2012 to 2019, he worked as a correspondent for Polsat TV in Moscow. From 2008 to 2011, he was a reporter for the Polish Radio Information Agency. He has published in Tygodnik Powszechny, Rzeczpospolita, and Nowa Europa Wschodnia. He graduated from journalism and social communication at Jagiellonian University. He is a member of the Polish Public Relations Association.

  • Piotr Żochowski

    Analyst at the Center for Eastern Studies. He deals with the problems of the system of internal security institutions of Russia, Belarus and Ukraine and the influence of the activities of the so-called "power ministries" in the creation of internal and foreign policy of these countries.

  • ppłk Tomasz Gergelewicz

    LTC Tomasz Gergelewicz gained experience in the area of strategic communication and counteracting disinformation at the Operational Center of the Minister of National Defense. Currently, he uses it at the War Studies University in the Academic Center for Strategic Communication (ACKS). From the beginning of his service in ACKS, he is involved in the area of counteracting disinformation and international cooperation. Currently, he is the Head of Training - Deputy Director of ACKS. He conducts training on counteracting disinformation, including social campaigns and the RESIST package.

  • Michał Marek

    Founder of the Foundation of the Center for Research on the Contemporary Security Environment, doctoral student at the JSC of the Jagiellonian University. Author of the scholarly monograph "Operation Ukraine. Disinformation campaigns, narratives, modus operandi of Russian propaganda centers against the Ukrainian state in the period 2013-2019". Author of scientific texts and analytical materials on the issues of information security and Russian hybrid warfare. Expert on the identification of propaganda content and countering disinformation (with particular emphasis on the activities of the Russian Fed.) and on security in the area of Central and Eastern Europe (with particular emphasis on the territory of Ukraine).

  • Dorota Minta

    One of the most well-known and active Polish psychologists with decades of experience in conducting psychotherapy for children and adults. She promotes awareness of PTG (Post-traumatic Growth - the positive psychological change we can experience as a result of adversity), social activist, mentor of young women leaders in the "Vital Voices" program, and president of the STOMAlife Foundation, which supports people with stomas. She is currently actively supporting people struggling with stress as a result of the war in Ukraine.

  • dr Jewhen Fedczenko

    Yevhen Fedchenko, Ph.D, journalist, commentator and a university teacher, co-founder and Chief Editor of a fact-checking service stopfake.org established to respond to Russian disinformation campaign after annexation of Crimea in 2014. Fedchenko is also a Director of the Mohyla School of Journalism at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.

  • Anna Maria Dyner

    Analyst on Belarus and Russian Federation security policy for the International Security Program. Her research interests include Russian security policy, Russia's role in the post-Soviet area, and Belarus' domestic and foreign policy. She graduated from the Institute of Political Science and the Eastern European Studies at the University of Warsaw. She is also a graduate of the State Department's International Visitor Leadership Program. In 2008, she received an award from the Minister of Science and Higher Education for outstanding academic achievement. She speaks English and Russian well, while she is passive in Belarusian and Ukrainian.

  • Łukasz Jasina

    Spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, historian, journalist, lawyer, film scholar, analyst, radio and television commentator. Graduated in law (2004), history (2005) and journalism (2005) from the Catholic University of Lublin and Collegium Invisibile (2006).

  • Maciej Świrski

    Chairman of the National Broadcasting Council, master's degree in history (Warsaw University), MBA degree (IT management) from the L. Kozminski Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management in Warsaw, graduate of the Polish Municipals Training Program - Wisconsin University - Milwaukee, innovator, social activist, educator. Member of the Association of Polish Journalists.

  • Robert Pszczel

    Polish diplomat, director of the NATO Information Office in Moscow from 2010 to 2015.
